The first Blackguards was a well received strategy title from the minds as Daedalic Entertainment, and the recently released Blackguards 2 continues that trend with the same deep gameplay, followed up by some wonderfully unique characters. The new year is in full swing here at OMUK, with fresh projects and returning favorites alike. One of these such projects is Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series, which will be releasing its second episode on February 3rd. Titled ‘The Lost Lords’, the second part of Telltale’s series brings with it fresh faces, and frozen locations. We hope you chose wisely.

Following a period in Steam Early Access, The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 will be seeing a full release on February 20th. OMUK provided Adaptation and Translation from German, Casting, Directing and Recording for the title, and we’re delighted with the result. It’s set to be a wonderfully amusing adventure game, and we can’t wait for you to hear our work on it, if you’re not already relishing each chapter as it comes out!…
Telltale Games have released the first episode of their new series, based on HBO’s adaption of Game of Thrones. Episode 1, titled ‘Iron From Ice’, has been released on a variety of platforms. we’ve been heavily involved in this title, helping to cast and record some of the characters you’ll play as along the way.

We’ve been busy here at OMUK towers. One of the titles we’ve had a chance to sprinkle our magic over is Ubisoft’s latest racing game, The Crew. OMUK provided additional cast for the game, and we’re thrilled to see it being so well received. It really is a unique racer, as this review from The Independent demonstrates.

This week sees the release of Randal’s Monday, a title we truly enjoyed working on. Congratulations to the teams at Nexus Games Studios and Daedalic on the release of the title, truly a labor of love by the teams on all fronts. It’s available for Pre-Purchase on Steam right now, and will also be coming to other digital platforms starting from November 12th.

It’s an exciting day for fans of classic games. The remastered edition of Cinemaware’s classic game Wings! launches on Steam and other digital distribution platforms this week, and OMUK was there to help provide VO recording, direction and post production services on the title. The original game featured no voice acting, so having the opportunity to contribute to the new version of the game was lovely.
