Mark Estdale

|
Director
Mark is the UK's most experienced casting and voice director working
within the games industry. He founded OM in 1996 to bring the audio craft
in TV, film and radio production to games. Other than his innovative
work with games, Mark runs the powerful
voice training workshops at UtterBrilliance.com,
and dabbles with comedy production and swords. It is rumoured his
pointy weapon collection was somehow connected to loss of the boat he
once lived in.

Tamsin Pearson

|
Finance
Tamsin comes from a
legal and medical administration background and has the unerring talent
of meticulous tenacity. Tamsin holds the purse strings and makes our
accountant weep with joy and it's nothing to do with her ability to
crack a whip. Her worth is weighed in gold.

Kit Challis

|
Studio Manager, Sheffield
Dialogue post production flows through his veins. Kit brings a love for
the subtlety of tweaking dialogue that makes a great performance
extraordinary. In addition to a creative focus that puts the old school
to shame Kit leads the edit team with visionary confidence. Us
oldies, that once thrived on edit tales of two inch tape and
razorblades to subjugate the upstarts of the digital age are impressed.

Juan Manuel Delfin

|
Studio Manager, London
Juanma comes from a film and animation post production background and
manages the London studio. As
with most of the crew Juanma moonlights creatively, his is a comical
and musical moonlightery with AvenueQ and Chicago. He also gets his
hands dirty with Mark doing stuff with the one to watch out for comedy
genius Shirley & Shirley Show. Juanma is also a master
of fantasy naked beach volleyball, tapas and flamenco. We're waiting to
see all three at once.
